What we Handle
Why Consider Filing for Bankruptcy?

You may choose to file for bankruptcy voluntarily if:

  • There is little chance of repaying your debts in full.
  • You are unable to reach a repayment agreement with your creditors.

Once you are declared bankrupt, your debts and any associated interest are frozen. You will be required to make a significantly reduced monthly repayment to the Official Assignee.

During this time, creditors are prohibited from taking legal action against you. This provides much-needed relief and respite from the ongoing stress of debt repayment.
