FAQ

Is mediation legally binding?

A mediated settlement agreement can be made legally binding once both parties agree and it’s properly documented.

Mediation aims for a mutually agreed settlement with a neutral facilitator; arbitration results in a binding decision made by an arbitrator, similar to a private judge.
